Asset Manager

The Artifact Manager is a Spring Boot application designed to manage artifacts and their associated images. It provides a RESTful API for creating, updating, and deleting artifacts along with their metadata and images. Key technologies include Java 17 or higher, Maven, Docker, and Docker Compose.
