Per-JVM worker for Hitorro Mesh — hosts LocalTable partitions of JVS data, subscribes to task dispatches over MeshTransport, executes scan/pushdown/aggregate stages via TaskExecutor, tracks watermarks for streaming tables, publishes heartbeats, and streams result rows back to the driver.
