Hitorro Streams Kafka

Kafka source (Iterator<JVS>) and sink (Sink<JsonNode>) for the hitorro-streams pipeline framework and hitorro-jvssql. Wraps standard kafka-clients so only modules that need Kafka pay the client cost.
