Feedback
Feedback is a gift — improvements, additions, bugs, or just a hello. How to reach me, and where to raise issues.
Feedback is a gift. Everything on this site — the articles, the projects and the browser tools — gets better because someone took a minute to say what was confusing, what was missing or what broke. Thank you for taking that minute.
What’s useful to hear
-
Improvements — a tool that almost does what you need, a confusing control, a number that looks wrong (please say what you expected and where it came from).
-
Additions — a tool, a preset, an example or a topic you wish existed.
-
Bugs — what you did, what happened, what you expected, and your browser and device.
-
General comments — what you liked, what you used it for, what you’d change.
How to reach me
By email. To keep the spam robots out, the address isn’t written as a link — please put it together yourself:
chris+site (at) hitorro (dot) com
A subject line that names the page or tool (for example "Feedback: flight tracker") helps me find it. Below is a short template you can copy into the email.
Page or tool: What I was trying to do: What happened / what I'd change: Browser and device:
On GitHub. If it’s about one of my open-source projects, an issue on that project’s repository is the best place — it keeps the discussion public and others can chime in. All my public repositories are listed at github.com/geekychris, including gitwebsite, the engine that builds this site. Project pages here link to their repositories.
Just to connect. I’m always happy to hear from people working on similar things — search, data, agentic tooling, retro computers or making. My LinkedIn and more are on the about page.
If something here has been useful and you’d like to say thanks another way, you can buy me a coffee ☕.
