Meeting planner
Line up several time zones on a 24-hour grid with working hours shaded, find when everyone overlaps, get warned about clock changes, share a slot as text or ISO 8601, and convert a time between zones.

How to use it
Planning a meeting
Each row is a time zone and each column an hour of the chosen day in the first (reference)
zone. Green cells are that person’s working hours (edit them under the zone name), yellow is
daytime, and dark is night. An outline marks hours when everyone is working, and a red line
marks now. Add zones by name (Berlin, Asia/Singapore, UTC). ↑ makes a zone the
reference, and × removes it.
Click an hour to select a slot of the chosen length. The panel shows it in every zone and offers it as text to paste into chat, as an ISO 8601 interval (in UTC and the reference zone), or as a calendar link.
Overlap this week lists every window when all zones are in working hours, with weekends excluded unless you tick them. Clock changes lists daylight-saving transitions in the next 90 days. Zones change on different dates, so a recurring meeting can move by an hour for someone in between.
Converting a time
Enter a date and time and its zone to see it in every zone on the grid and in UTC, with the offset and Unix time. A local time that doesn’t exist because the clocks skip forward is flagged.
All zone data comes from your browser’s built-in IANA time-zone database.
Presenting
A wall of clocks: one card per zone with the time, the day, the UTC offset, and whether it is working hours or night there. Press ⛶ Present (beside Share link) or F to open it; Esc or F closes it and T switches between dark and light. It goes full screen where the browser allows, otherwise it fills the window, and keeps the screen awake. Controls and the pointer fade after a few idle seconds.
Share link → Link options → Open in presentation mode makes a link that opens straight into this view. Browsers only allow real full screen after a click, so a link opened cold shows the view filling the window with a “Click for full screen” button.
Sharing
Share link copies a URL that opens this tool exactly as you have it. Hand-written links work too: ?zones=Europe/London@9-17,America/New_York@9:30-18&date=2026-11-03&dur=30&weekends=1; a selected slot travels as at=<ISO time>. For example ?zones=Europe%2FLondon%409-17%2CAmerica%2FNew_York%409-17%2CAsia%2FTokyo%409-18&dur=30.
