The first end-to-end build — content, areas, templates, and publishing to GitHub Pages.
The first version builds every page from AsciiDoc in a single Asciidoctor process, caches the rendered HTML by content hash, and publishes by copying only the files it owns into the GitHub Pages repository — so the books and other projects that already live there are left alone.
